You can still make a donation through this webpage or on a host’s Pink Ribbon Breakfast page. Over the years Pink Ribbon Breakfast hosts have raised millions of dollars that have directly funded research into the prevention and cure of breast cancer. With your help we can continue to fund these essential research projects and strive towards the goal of a future without breast cancer.
In 1994, when NBCF was founded, 30% of women diagnosed with breast cancer lost their battle. In less than 20 years, through research, that percentage has halved.
One breakfast you, your friends, your family and your boss really shouldn't skip.
Hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast is an amazing way to give back, help women now and in the future and connect with people in your life. Invite a bunch of mates to your place, or organise a get-together at the park, the beach, your sports club, church or local café. The choice is yours. Host an event at work to boost staff morale and help build a community profile for your organisation. A fundraising breakfast is an excellent way to catch up with your colleagues and workmates on a more informal basis.
Whatever you choose to do, hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast is all about having fun while raising funds for breast cancer research.
However you choose to get involved, it's one breakfast you really shouldn't skip.
Here are a few ideas to get you started
- Sell tickets to your breakfast
- Get everyone to dress up around a theme
- Organise a breakfast barbie – sell bacon and egg rolls or sausage sangers and donate the proceeds
- Get the kids involved with games and activities
- Ask each department to come up with an inventive items to auction or raffle off
- Organise a cook-off with your neighbours
- Sell Pink Ribbon merchandise at your event or at the reception desk at your office
- Put together a breakfast recipe book and sell copies to your guests
- Organise a raffle with donated prizes
- Work as a team and ask different departments to cook breakfast goodies to sell
- Organise a trivia competition or quiz – this can also be done remotely between offices as an inter-office challenge.
- If you have a corporate wellness program, use the opportunity to raise awareness about breast cancer
- Ask your organisation to match the funds raised by staff
Community support is really important for someone going through breast cancer. Without the emotional and practical support of so many wonderful family members and close friends, I would not be where I am today.

- 2 Shopping Bags ($3 each)

If you have returned the retail value of the merchandise after your event ($95 for each merchandise box you ordered), you will not be charged for the merchandise. If, however, you do not return the retail value of your box following your event, your credit card will be charged for the remaining amount of the merchandise. For example, if you order one merchandise pack and return $65 following your event, you will be asked to pay $30.
The funds you return do not need to come solely from merchandise. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returned merchandise following this campaign due to the prohibitive cost of returned merchandise. We understand that this is a drastic change to merchandise for Pink Ribbon Breakfast and thank you in advance for being open to this adjustment.
Unfortunately, we have sold out of merchandise for this year's Pink Ribbon Breakfast Campaign. If you have any questions, please contact the Pink Ribbon Breakfast hotline on 1300 803 551. We appreciate your support of the Pink Ribbon Breakfast campaign and of breast cancer research.

Participate as a café
This year, we are excited to announce a new arm of the Pink Ribbon Breakfast campaign. We have opened up hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast to independently owned cafes. As a cafe owner, you can show your customers that you want to give back in a meaningful way. And, you are also providing your customers with an easy way to participate and support breast cancer research.
Simply order a cafe pack for $50 and we will send you three ways to fundraise and extra elements including napkins and take away bags to keep your cafe pink during the month of October. The expense of the pack helps to cover the cost of producing and sending the pack to you. You can choose to support the campaign by fundraising for a single day, multiple days or for the entire month.
In order to spread the word about your support, if you sign up to participate in this campaign, your cafe will be listed on the Pink Ribbon Breakfast website so customers in your area will know that you are participating in fundraising for breast cancer research.
To order your pack today, please call 1300 803 551. Orders will be taken through the 26th of October.
